This unique place has a style all its own - right across the street from Detroit’s very own canals. This private bedroom is in a house occupied by two longer term guests. Both guests have dogs so to stay here you’ll need to be pet friendly - they will bark as you come and go. There is a communal living room, kitchen, bath, and dining room. The newly renovated kitchen has a fridge, oven, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave for warming food. Close to highways and 10-15 min to downtown and GPP. The space The property is lived in by two airbnb guests turned longer term tenants. We airbnb the third room in the house! The house has a large living room, dining room and a newly renovated kitchen. There is a yard, and ample parking. Guest access Guests are welcome to use anything on the first floor. Please don’t go upstairs or into the basement. During your stay We live in another house so we are only around for home improvements. Other things to note The basement is under renovation - there is a washer and dryer downstairs but you must cross through the work zone to get there.
