We love our luxury apartment and recently renovated it for your utmost comfort. Fresh minimalist décor creates a relaxing urban oasis. Morning light streams through the windows and washes the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating the perfect spot to read a good book with a fresh cup of coffee or tea or visit with friends/family. An eight-person dining table provides the ideal place to share a meal, knock out some work, or play games. The sleek modern kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, freezer, beer fridge, microwave, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (and supplies), flatware, mugs, plates, cups, pots, pans, and basic cooking supplies. The upper floors are graced with two bedrooms and three bright full bathrooms - all stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, Q-Tip’s, and cotton rounds for your convenience. A new, full-sized washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided in the unit's dedicated laundry room. The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with a mesh router network and a large-screen TV for your entertainment and viewing pleasure. Sleeping Arrangements: The unit is equipped to sleep up to 10 guests. The 3rd floor contains a private bedroom with a King-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The 2nd floor has a large bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a smaller living area with a day lounge with two twin beds. The couch in the living room is a pull-out queen bed. Family Friendly: Minimal furnishings and décor provide for a family-friendly stay. A highchair and pack-n-play are provided (please bring your sheets). We ask that you put the pack-n-play (place mattress and frame in the bag) and highchair away (wipe off) where you found them before you leave if they are used. Outdoor Oasis: This lovely unit has access to a beautiful patio that sits on the third floor of the building for your enjoyment. Guests can relax on the outdoor lounge furniture or share wine with friends under the starry string lights. Guest access Each guest is provided with a 4-digit key code that they will use to access both the front door of the luxury apartment and the entry way door from the reserved parking in the back of the building.
