The space This is a 300 sq ft studio apartment adjoining the main house with a private entry. It sits on 3/4 acre flat lot on Lake Hickory within a short 3 mile drive to downtown Hickory. Crawdads baseball stadium and Airport are just across the lake. As well as the new River walk and City walk. View the stadium fireworks (home games) from the comfort of a cozy chair in the yard. Guest access The lower front deck in front of studio as well as the front yard. Kayaks and paddleboards are available with lake access right in front. Main deck is off limits please. Other things to note Full Disclosure: House / Studio has been completely renovated, all new. The landscaping and some other outdoor items are still being worked on. Nothing should interfere with you enjoying your stay. Property is not suitable for children and does not accommodate children. Adults only please. A single cup Keurig is available to you.
