Our three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out including a huge wrap around deck providing ample space for grilling and enjoying the beautiful sunsets with the occasional hot air balloon overhead! This end unit condo is filled with light, with an open and airy feel and windows that overlook trees and rolling hills in the back. The first floor includes a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, and an open concept living space with dining area and living room, plus a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms, one with an en suite bath, and a third bathroom. Conveniently located in the heart of Quechee and close to all that the Upper valley has to offer, it's the perfect home base for your Vermont getaway! Woodstock and White River Junction, as well as Dartmouth/Hanover, NH, are all a short drive away. Additionally, the Quechee club, with two pools, two world class golf courses, racket sports, hiking trails and winter sports are right at your fingertips! We are happy to provide recommendations and help you to navigate the area. The condo is furnished for comfort and is impeccably clean. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace on chilly nights, lounge outside on the deck, or tuck into one of the cozy corners after a day of exploring, and enjoy this home away from home. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the condo. Other things to note No parties please. So that we may provide a healthy and clean space for individuals with allergies, we do not allow pets unless they are service animals (after which we deep clean the condo).
