Rapp's Vista is a wonderful place to rest for yourselves and we accomadate dogs. This cozy second story studio, allows our guests to relax after travel or a fun day exploring the area. With a king size bed, large couch, full bathroom, kitchen and deck for relaxing and grilling, we welcome you to unwind and and enjoy the views. Close proximity to shopping centers, Farmington Lake, Aztec Ruins, Aztec Motocross track, trail systems, McGee Park and a quick 50 minutes to Durango, Colorado. The space Rapp's Vista is our separate guest studio above the garage on our lush ten acre property that has an amazing overlooking view of the city of Farmington. Ample outdoor space that we welcome you to enjoy. Our property has a private feel yet close access to the areas activities and services, we are excited for you to enjoy. The host's family resides in the main house and is happy to help you with any needs during your stay. On property we have a small herd of horses, chickens, dogs and a happy cat. Acres of grass hay fields, pastures and mature trees make this guest studio a comfort safe haven for all. The property offers plenty of space for trailer parking as well should our guest need. Guest access Guests are welcome to the upstairs space of Rapp's Vista and the attached deck. With animals on property, we do ask guests to not enter any pen. If guests request other areas to enjoy such as the fire pit, please reach out to host to help make everyones stay wonderful. Guests will receive property gate code on arrival date. Other things to note The TV in the studio is a smart TV for guests to login to private viewing platforms. Dogs are not permitted on furniture nor allowed to be left unattended unless crated. Please be aware that host is not responsible for injuries to any guest animals brought onto property during their stay. Our three dogs are friendly and we allow them to be out with us during our property and animal care and they tend to want to say hello.
