We welcome you to come and experience Goldberry Woods! The expansive 30-acre property features an 8-bedroom inn, two cottages, two vintage campers, and acres of gardens, woods, organic farm, orchard, trails, and river. Truly a beautiful space surrounded by nature! The spacious Cedar Log Suite in the B&B features a private bedroom with sitting area, as well as a separate living room with two queen sleeper sofas. The bath features a double Jacuzzi tub and shower. The space The Cedar Log Suite offers a secluded hide-away on the lower level and is our largest room. This spacious suite features over 800 sq feet with a separate family room with leather sleeper sofas for additional sleeping space (perfect for families), a large streaming TV with Satellite and Blu-Ray/DVD player, gas fireplace, multiple ceiling fans, WiFi, USB hubs, a table/chairs area, and a private walk-out deck. The spacious bedroom has a four poster queen sized bed made of full-size cedar logs and also features a sitting area with sofa and chairs. The bath features a double Jacuzzi tub and shower. Guest access There are several common spaces in the inn for guests to use, including the living room (cozy up by the fire, play a board game, enjoy a puzzle), sun room where you can relax with a book or borrow a DVD, kitchen and dining area with homemade snacks and drinks with a fridge for guests to use, and our outdoor deck to sit and enjoy the gardens and watch the birds by the feeders. Guests are welcome to explore our 30-acre property including walking our trails through the woods or along the river, swimming in the large heated pool or hot tub (both open all year), kayaking or canoeing down the river, borrowing a bicycle to explore the beaches and back roads, walking through our organic farm to see what is growing, sitting by a campfire on a cool evening, or playing a game of bags, bocce, badminton, or volleyball. During your stay We typically check guests in, give them a quick tour, and answer any questions they may have (and can give suggestions on local restaurants, activities, wineries, microbrews, shops, etc). We can be as interactive or private as guests desire. Other things to note Use of heated pool, hot tub, bicycles, canoes, kayaks, trails, and firewood is included in the price. No additional charges. Guests can also enjoy the Barn with pool table, ping pong, arcade game system, bathrooms, and more (if not rented by others).
