There are 2 full bathrooms on this floor as well. The third/top floor is the main living space, which consists of a grand kitchen, dining room, living room and half bathroom. Starter Kit provided and includes: One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, trash bags in each trash can, dishwasher detergent pack, dish soap, hand soap. Due to HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Guest access We use a touch screen keypad and will send your unique code approximately 1 hour prior to your arrival date. Other things to note ▪️POOL KEY The only way to access the pool is by key that we will provide to you during your stay. If that key is lost there is a $50 replacement fee. ▪️NO PETS ALLOWED Our home is not suitable to accommodate them. We have a strict no pet policy. ▪️NO SMOKING INSIDE Do not smoke inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a $200 fee. ▪️NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own. Our property is in a residential area, so please respect the neighbors' peace and quiet. Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited. ▪️QUIET HOURS Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the tranquility of other guests and neighbors. ▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The maximum number of guests allowed is specified in the listing. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval. ▪️CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. If you need to request an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance and I will try to accommodate. ▪️CLEANLINESS We kindly ask that you maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. Please clean up after yourself and leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived. ▪️SECURITY & SAFETY Please ensure that all doors and windows are properly locked when leaving the property.
