Easy driving distance to Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Rochester, Canada, & the Niagara Wine Trail. The space Our property offers an open-concept living space which is very clean and uncluttered. We have kept the living space simple by design. Our property reflects a more easy, laid-back way of living. The great room features floor-to-ceiling windows which let in wonderful sunlight and connect you to the outdoors while lounging in comfort. Whether snow, rain, or sunshine this is a beautiful space to relax in. Each window has individual roller blinds to customize light filtration and privacy to your liking. Our sizable well-equipped kitchen offers ample space for multiple chefs and easy access to the backyard patio for outdoor entertaining. Let the dishwasher take care of clean up for you. The furniture in the great room may be shifted around to make your stay more comfortable. The two large leather chaises are on casters and can be repositioned and pushed together creating a large yin & yang lounging area to enjoy the outdoors, watch a movie, or spend a quiet evening in front of the fireplace. The great room also has two nesting console tables that can be repositioned for additional work or eating space. Please make the space work for you. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy. This is a private 3-bedroom home with a full basement and an attached garage. The basement has a tournament-level ping pong table for your enjoyment. The garage has 1. 5 parking spaces in total. Room for one large vehicle and some bikes or a motorcycle or two. No need to fully unpack the car. Simply take what you need and close the garage door. Other things to note We have taken much care to create a tranquil space where you can relax and absorb the pleasure of being on vacation.
