Close to the beach (5-7 minute walk to the beach) and fully stocked so that all you need to bring are your guests! Large spacious downstairs so that you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets with your choice of beverage! The space Our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom homes are custom built, perfect for families and friends with Costa Vida sleeping 13 guests and Livin' Lobster sleeping 8 guests. Costa Vida: The primary room has a king size bed along with a cute area for morning coffee/tea. Our second room has a queen size bed along with a bunk bedroom, perfect fit for a family. The last room has two pairs of twin bunk beds for a perfect fit for 4. For additional guests, we have an air mattress that fits comfortably in the living room along with a single bed cot. Livin' Lobster: The primary bedroom has a king size bed, secondary bedroom has a king size bed, and third bedroom has 4 twin size beds (2 bunk bed). The kitchen is the highlight of the homes as we know the best times are centered around food and drinks. We have all the kitchen essentials (pots/pans, kitchenware, appliances, dinnerware, etc); everything there for the family chef to curate a perfect meal. Exterior wise, there is ample patio furniture on the upper deck for the family to view sunset/sunrise while hearing the waves crash. We have a propane grills outside if you want to heat up the grill, toys to play outside, and lounge out on the chairs! From an essentials perspective, we provide - initial supply of trash bags - 1 roll of paper towel -2 rolls of toilet paper -4-6 coffee pods on the dual Keurig machine (pods and drip) -dishwasher pods -hand soap -laundry pods (up to 3 loads) We are pet friendly, we'd love to host up to four small dogs (under 25 pounds) and have great space for them to run around. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception to the owner's closet.
