LOCATION: The Loft on Broadway is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the second floor of the Professional building in the heart of Townsend. It is situated above a charming pizza restaurant and just down the street from other restaurants, a brewery and shops. It's only a few miles from Canyon Ferry Reservoir and close to many camping, fishing, hiking and other outdoor activities. It is 35 miles from Helena and 50 miles from Bozeman if you need to stay near the city, but want a small town feel. There is a large parking lot next to the building with room for boat or camper parking. BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The beautifully decorated primary bedroom has a king bed, 42 inch Roku tv, full length mirror and a chair to curl up and enjoy a book. It has an en suite bathroom with a stand up shower and double sinks. It includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash in convenient dispenser. There is a walk in closet with a luggage rack and plenty of room to unpack. The quaint second bedroom has a queen bed and low twin bunk beds. It also features a luggage rack and closet to make your stay easier. All the beds include a fluffy duvet and throw blankets are available for extra warmth. The second bath is located off the hallway and features a tub/shower combo and plenty of fluffy towels. It also includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash in convenient dispenser. KITCHEN AND DINING: The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and includes everything you need to cook meals during your stay. It has a Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, toaster, hand mixer and griddle to make prep easier. There is table seating for six and four barstools at the counter for more seating or a casual meal. The kitchen and dining room open to the living room so it feels large and spacious. LIVING ROOM: The living room is part of the open floor plan and includes a sleeper sofa, two chairs, a 65 inch Roku TV and a cozy electric fireplace. Use the fireplace for additional heat or to make a cozy ambiance. It includes a fun selection of card and board games in the console table. The living room has large windows and a great amount of natural light. DESK AREA: There is a dedicated desk area with chair, lamp and multiple plugs to help you get work done while you're on the road. BENCH AREA: As part of the open floor plan, there is a bench, wall hooks and boot tray to use as you prep to head out on your adventures! LAUNDRY ROOM: There is a stackable washer and dryer available for use and detergent for a few loads is included. We can't wait to host you on your next trip to the lovely Townsend, Montana!
