Usually a nice quiet place - stairs, with free WiFi. Sometimes noises from the road or neighbors can be heard. The space The house was built in 1910 and is located on a main street in Winslow. The available apartment is on the second floor, and is a beautiful, 2 bedroom apartment where one has been made to the office with a daybed. Guest access The whole apartment is available, with the exception of the housekeeping storage located in the bathroom. Outside, utilize any of the items for cooking: smoker, grill or griddle or any of the seating available. Other things to note Please note that under the hood vent are two FireStoppers, which are only there as a precaution. Cooking can easily be done under them, but please refrain from creating flames under them, as that will activate them. Heat from the stove will not activate them. The bathroom is equipped with a motion sensor for the light (due to the location of the light switch far from the door) - as soon as you enter the bathroom, the light comes on automatically (if it senses low light from the window). The light will turn off automatically too. If deciding to add spice to your life when cooking, please mount the used spice jar(s) on the refrigerator, so we can ensure the next guest has access to a full jar as well.
