The space Rogue Ridge is a magnificent outdoor adventure where you can enjoy 80 acres of outdoor activities nestled between the year-round Jump Off Joe Creek and the Wild & Scenic section of the Rogue River. We are the perfect destination for the outdoorsy types looking for memorable adventures with wilderness trails that lead you to our 300ft Ridge overlooking the river with spectacular views (including the Hellgate Jetboat Excursion River Lodge) and trails that surround our entire property. Our guests enjoy birdwatching, fishing, stargazing, beach combing, and swimming. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and fulfill your desire to connect to nature. The White Oak House is a duplex setting near other rentals however, we designed the space to feel like a secluded oasis with its own private porch, gas fire pit, Blackstone BBQ, and outdoor dining area. Guest access Guests may access waterfronts, hiking/biking trails, community outdoor area, laundry room, driveway, and historic cabin. Guests will receive a detailed map upon arrival indicating specifics. Other things to note ROGUE RIDGE POLICIES & GUEST GUIDELINES 1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED - We’re not here to ruin anybody’s fun, but a short-term rental is not an appropriate location for a house party. 2. NO SMOKING ALLOWED – This rule is set in place to respect property owners, other guests, and to keep our forest safe. Medical marijuana is permitted outdoors but NEVER inside house. 3. KEEP DOGS ON LEASH – Pets are to be kept on leashes AT ALL TIMES! This includes to and from vehicle. 4. PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET – Please use dog waste bags for pick up. 5. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED – This is to ensure the safety of all. 6. NO EATING/DRINKING ON BED – You’re sleeping on a nice, clean bed. Please help us keep it that way for others. 7. PLEASE RESPECT NOISE CURFEW – Quiet time is between the hours of 10pm – 9am. 8. HELP US CONSERVE POWER/ENERGY – Do not open windows with air conditioner or heater on. Please set them to “LOW” if leaving for period of time. 9. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF FURNISHINGS – You will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Digital photos are taken before guest arrival. 10. PLEASE RESPECT CHECK IN/OUT TIMES – There will be a fee added to final bill for those who check out late. 11. NO TRESPASSING - Guests are not to remain on property after check out time. 12. ABSOLUTELY NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR SUBSTANCES ON THE PREMISE OR PROPERTY – If detected, seen, found, or suspected guest will be asked to leave immediately. Medical marijuana is acceptable in designated smoking areas only. 13. PACK YOUR TRASH OUT – Keep our property, forest, creek, and river areas clean and free of all trash/recyclables. Cleaning fees will be deducted from deposit if recreational areas on the property are left messy and trashed. 14. GUESTS ARE TO REMAIN IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY – Guests are to remain on groomed wilderness trails and approved water access areas only. Please see map provided for details. 15. PARKING IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY – Please see map provided. 16. SECURITY – Lock house and car doors for your safety and security. Rogue Ridge is not responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged items during your stay. Please report any issues immediately. 17. LAUNDRY ROOM – Laundering facilities are available. Please be respectful and handle machinery with care. Additional charges will be deducted from security deposit for negligent damages incurred by guests.
