Short 8 minute drive to Midtown. Large wrap around covered deck equipped with BBQ gas grill and three separate sitting areas. Living room/game room including streaming ready 65 inch smart TV, foosball table, dart board and arcade. 2nd living room with 75 inch smart TV- ready for movie night- with convenience of logging into your streaming services or mirroring your smart phone. Beautiful wood burning fireplace in cozy game room/living room. You’ll never want to leave. 4 bedroom house with 4 queen beds and 1 full bed with a single cot for added sleeping areas. 2 full bathrooms.
