Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation for families of 6/7 people with garage, exclusive pool, DirecTV, Wifi, grillero, disco, two bedrooms, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, electric turkey and all the utensils needed for your stay!!! We are in Villa Parque Siquiman, 30mts from the route, glued to Bialet Massé, a step from Carlos Paz and Cosquín. It's cool, bright, has great land and ample terrace to enjoy incredible scenery!!! The space The house is on a large mountain terrain, with unevenness. It is accessed from the street to the carport (without openings) and a staircase that takes you to the all fenced terrace with 70cm high grilles that occupies all the frete and side of the house, ideal space to take out the two lounge chairs we have, at sunrise and sunset. There is the entrance gate, and a fence gate that overlooks the pool and one straight on the other side. On the entrance you access the large atmosphere that is living room, dining room, kitchen. There you find a wood stove, the TV, and a sofa bed; continuing, a large country table with 8 upholstered chairs, and glued to it, the fully equipped kitchen sector (full crockery, electric turkey, pans and pots with marks for use, logically). To the left, the laundry sector with a large pool and the fridge. From there you go out to the patio, which has a good flat space where you can put together a plastic table with its chairs (which are in the house), in front of the grill. This has a grill, elements and disco to enjoy bona asados serranos! From the dining room, down a corridor you access the bathroom, with bidet and shower. And in the two bedrooms. we do not have bed or bath linen. Yes we offer tablecloths and repasadores. The bedroom with a 2-seater bed faces the front, it has a large placard and two light tables with its candles, ceiling fan and a huge window that allows you to enjoy a unique landscape from the bed! The other bedroom features a one-and-a-half-plate bed, and a sailor-style bed. Also, We have a few extra mattresses that can be used. Also a placard full of blankets and pillows for all beds, and a large opening too, facing the patio, close to the barbecue. From the patio, and from the terrace, you access the pool (1.40 meters deep approx), which has a thermal tile solarium. From the side window of the dining room have a full view of it. The pool is attended by a pool, periodically. Our guests are not asked to ADD WATER, although they can use the sacahojas as needed. It is on mountain terrain - this indicates that typical insects may appear. As well, you'll be able to watch at night, trunks and foxes roaming the terrain. Logically we ask to take care of the fauna. Also take great care of the use of water making a rational use. And of course, be very careful with the use of the barbecue to not generate fires, make sure to have the hose or bucket on hand with water, for eventualities, and at the end, turn off the fire well. The house has, as we said, with large windows. In our beloved mountain ranges there are usually beautiful breezes and winds, so it is essential to tie the locks when opening them (you will be charged for the damage caused in them). Finally, we tell you that it is a simple house, with little and simple furniture to leave space to enjoy the house. It has been family for more than 30 years, the love we have is very strong, and that is why we maintain that it is a magical and healing place, where God is shown in all nature in a unique way in its sunrises and sunsets (which until recently were full, but the brand new construction is limiting a little). Don't expect luxuries, no bright pots, or all dishes to be the same... we don't offer that. We offer a house to rest, relax, connect with you and nature.. to play as a family.. to enjoy the pool.. to go for a walk... how beautiful!!
