Lower level suite in a large family home in Myerstown, PA. Suite is accessed by front door of our home, and shared dining room. We greet you upon arrival to show you the suite, then you can come and go as you like! Suite is accessed by one set of stairs! Our home has ample street parking in front of our house which is on a quiet street in town. We have 2 ragdoll kitty members of our family, they are NOT allowed in the guest suite. Please do not request bookings if you are traveling with a pet The space We have a large, comfortable space which is the perfect spot to relax, reflect, and find respite for your stay located in the lower level of our home. Entry and exit to the suite is through our shared front door/foyer and open concept dining area to access the stairwell to the suite. Once you enter the private guest suite you will see a gas fireplace with sitting area, as well as a dining area with seating for four and a sleeping area with a king-sized bed and dresser. There are also auxiliary sleeping areas with a full size bed, a futon, and options to add queen size air mattresses if needed to accommodate larger families. The guest suite is furnished with a collection of both modern and vintage decor. The private bathroom offers a tile floor, shower stall and large shower head. We are 15 miles from beautiful Lititz, 23 miles from Downtown Lancaster and 20 miles from Hershey attractions. We are located just off PA Route 501, making the suite a convenient place to stay as you visit the South Central Pennsylvania area. Guest access Spacious front porch, large backyard, playset are all available for guest use. Guests are free to be in the common area of the dining room at any point. During your stay I will be available via text or Airbnb messages at any point during your stay. Other things to note The guest suite also offers a vintage refrigerator, microwave, and standard coffee maker for your enjoyment. Access to our large, fenced in back yard with private sitting area and outdoor gas fire pit is available at any point during your stay as well as our large, comfortable front porch. We provide breakfast every morning between 8-10AM EXCEPT Sundays, unless otherwise noted when booking. While we love our two ragdoll kitties as members of our family, they are not allowed in the guest suite as we keep the space animal free for guests with allergies. Please do not request bookings if you are traveling with an animal as we will have to decline your inquiry. We understand you love your pet and while they may be wonderful and well-behaved, we cannot accommodate pet bookings. Please refer to any pet-friendly Airbnbs instead! We do not provide ash trays or cigarette disposal containers as smoking is absolutely NOT permitted on the property.
