The space Our house has 11 rooms distributed on two floors; all of them with an internal bathroom, TV, ventilation system and different accommodation capabilities. It has different common areas such as the TV area, an indoor terrace overlooking the patio, kitchen and laundry. This property is located 10 minutes away from the Juan Santamaria Airport, 20 minutes from the Costa Rica Convention Center, 15 minutes away from the Pedregal Event Center, 15 minutes away from the International Convention Center and 5 minutes away from the Fresh Market and restaurants of different types of food. Guest access It has different common areas such as the TV area, indoor terrace overlooking the patio, kitchen, laundry/ironing and internal parking until capacity deplete. Out of respect for all our guests, we have set quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Other things to note For access to the house and use of the parking lot, it must be coordinated in advance (5 hours); in case your arrival or departure time is different from that set at check-in and check-out.
