The space Embrace comfort in our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, where the main bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own private bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom has the flexibility of two single beds. Each room has its own air conditioner to help you stay cool at night. Our fully equipped kitchen invites culinary exploration, complete with modern appliances such as a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and blender. Unwind in the inviting living room or savor meals in the dining area. Entertainment awaits with a television in the living room and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house. We provide bath and beach towels to enhance your beachside experience. Guest access You have access to the entire home during your stay. Other things to note Indulge in the exclusive privileges of our community, including access to 2 sparkling pools and 4 miles of pristine private beach. For added excitement, take advantage of resort amenities available at additional costs, such as horseback riding, a 9-hole golf course, rejuvenating massages, and exhilarating surf classes. To ensure a harmonious stay, we kindly ask guests to refrain from hosting parties or smoking inside the house. Respectful adherence to quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM enhances the tranquility of our community. We will accept small pets; however, a refundable damage deposit must be made upon arrival. Rest assured with 24/7 security provided within the community and enjoy complimentary parking for 1-2 cars right at the house. UTILITIES (electricity/water/gas): Guests staying for 30 days or more you will be responsible for paying for their water and electricity usage. The average water bill is around $15/month for basic usage. An official bill from Gran Pacifica will be shown to guests for verification of usage. Electricity cost is dependent on usage of lights and AC. Also, guests will be responsible for replacing/refill of gas tank if it runs out during your stay. Electric golf carts are available for rent (arranged through the resort reception) and are RECOMMENDED IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE. Retal amounts: Weekly Rentals +IVA tax 15% 2-person cart - $150 4-person cart - $200 6-person - $250 Per day rates +IVA tax 15% 2 person - $30 4 person - $40 Cart includes cable that plugs into regular outlet for charging (Or you can charge as golf cart garage). Resort Fees: Gran Pacifica charges a resort fee to all guests renting inside the community. This resort fee is to be paid at the Front Gate upon entry. The charges are $17US+VAT ($19.55US) per night up to 7 days. After the 7 days no additional fees are charged.
