Minimalist apartment located on the heart of Barrio Escalante, the trendy neighborhood in San José with a great view of the city, mountain and the best sunset The space Is a one-bedroom apartment (loft type) with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 big smart TV, living area with dining room and sofa bed, workspace/breakfast bar, balcony with an astonishing view of the Central Valley and the Sunset Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment and some of the building amenities (pool, gym, coworking areas included). Other spaces may require a reservation and additional cost. The apartment doesn´t have a parking space in the building. There are some people who rent parcking spaces into the building by paying a fee per night (it depends on the availability and quantity of nights that you will stay). Also, you can find parking lots walking distance from URBN Building. Other things to note In the wake of the global emergency: COVID-19, we have taken the following measures for the safety and well-being of everyone during your stay: 1. Use of personal protection items, such as disposable gloves and face masks, by the people who clean the Apartment. 2. We open doors and windows to increase air circulation in the space before starting to clean and disinfect. 3. We clean and then disinfect! Use of detergent or soap and water to remove dirt, grease, dust and germs. Once the surface is cleaned, we spray with a disinfectant. Let it rest for a few minutes and then clean. Use of paper towels or disposable towels. Use of a new cleaning cloth for each guest. 4. Disinfection of frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, door knobs, remote controls, and water faucets. 5. Total change of sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels and blankets, every time a new guest makes a reservation. 6. We provide you with basic items to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene; for example: • Hand soap • Paper towels • Toilet paper • Alcohol Gel • Cleaning supplies (such as broom, mop, disinfectant, etc.)
