Our apt house is located just 2 miles from the Canadian Border, 17 miles to Jay Peak Ski Resort and a 5 minute drive to town! The experiences, amenities and views around are endless! You can explore Hiking Trails, Kayak, Canoe or Fish right in the backyard as we are a business partner with the Northern Forest Canoe Trail! You can take a drive down scenic back roads, peddle down local bike paths, visit the many beautiful lakes, family farms, local pubs and restaurants and enjoy our peak seasons! Our apt house has been in our family for over 3 generations! This historic piece of property has so much potential and we thought what better way to put it to use and let others enjoy its beauty then to list them on Airbnb! When you arrive you will walk up the outdoor stairs onto the back deck that over looks the river! When you enter the apt you walk in to the cozy living room with 16 foot ceilings, a reclining couch, electric fireplace, rocking chair, 55 inch TV, a chest full of books, games, puzzles and more! We do have a coat and boot closet also! Then you have two steps up into the open kitchen and dining area where we have everything you should need to prepare and cook food dueinf your stay! Then you will see a board game table and a workspace! To the right of the workspace is a full bathroom! And lastly you will see the bedroom a comfy queen bed, night stand and big walk in closet with hangers for clothes! What we love most about our newly renovated space is how you feel right at home! We have kept it simple, clean and rustic! We can’t wait for our guests to enjoy this space as much as we do!
