The space Whether you're in town for the renowned Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, a golfing weekend, or simply seeking a relaxing escape, our 2-bedroom paradise is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and convenience at every turn. - Bedrooms: include one with a queen-sized bed and one with two twin beds. The units can accommodate up to six guests, but a maximum of four adults is recommended. Most of units are single-story and were originally built as resort condominiums. - Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks. - Living Area: Kick back and unwind in our open-concept living space, which features a queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. - Private Patio: Step outside onto your very own private patio, the perfect spot to savor your morning coffee or enjoy alfresco dining under the sparkling California stars. As our valued guest, you'll have access to the fantastic amenities offered, including a refreshing pool and soothing spa, allowing you to bask in the warmth of the California sun and truly make the most of your stay. Guest access Enhance your stay with our amenities available for your convenience: - Two Heated Outdoor Pools: Enjoy two heated outdoor pools, each equipped with a spa, outdoor shower, and BBQ gas grills. The central pool area features a bathroom and a canopy-covered patio, while the back pool area offers a shade-covered canopy. Pool and BBQ facilities are open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. - Laundry Room: Our well-equipped laundry room is accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM. Coins and laundry detergent are available at the Check-in Office. - Country Club Amenities: Guests can access exclusive Country Club amenities, including a clubhouse with a restaurant and pro shop, a 27-hole championship golf course, a driving range (additional fees apply, subject to availability). Other things to note - The guest who books the stay must be over 21 years of age, physically present at the time of check-in, and present a photo ID/credit card for a Security Deposit ''hold'' of $150. - Use of stairs may be required. - If you are unable to check in during regular office hours, please make prior arrangements with us for late arrival instructions. If you do not notify the office, you may encounter some difficulties. The resort does not operate a 24-hour front desk. The best time to arrange late arrival is between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. - Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on your designated day. You are asked to dispose of your trash. There are trash dumpsters located throughout the property on each street. Staff will dispose of the blue recycle bin provided in each unit. Please load and start the dishwasher. Ensure all windows and doors are secured and locked before turning in your keys and gate transponder. - We do not provide daily linen service or unit cleaning. Guests are expected to dispose of their trash regularly. Pool towels are provided in each unit and can be exchanged at the check-in office. A coin-operated laundry facility is conveniently located near the central pool area, with coins and detergent available at the Check-in Office. - The apartment is located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact unit is assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned.
