Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. The space Our property is located on a working sheep farm and plant nursery. You may hear greetings from sheep, donkeys or roosters. Chickens do roam about as well. This is all part of the experience and adds to the country charm. Guests have access to pet the animals through a fence, following safety rules described in our guest book onsite.
