The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Plenty of rooms, one & a half bathrooms, private gym, lots of parking, & a safe neighborhood. The small town of New Cumberland is within walking distance. Harrisburg City, the Capitol of PA, is a 5-minute drive. We are currently doing light remodeling (painting, flooring, redecorating) but nothing that interferes with the functions of the house. With all the fraud out there, prove your heart is beating. The space One large split King bed in the master bedroom with remote controls for elevation for each side. One full size bed in the spare bedroom And a large Comfy Couch in the TV entertainment room on the second floor. You could sleep 5 if someone isn't afraid to sleep on a nice big comfy couch! Otherwise, there are 2 beds 🛌. The house can sleep four guests. One full bathroom on the second floor and one half bath room on the first. There are plenty of towels in the closet across from the bathroom and a box of shower/ bathroom amenities above the toilet. Laundry facilities on site. Relaxing front porch to enjoy your morning coffee from the Nespresso machine. New Cumberland borough is a 10 minute walk. Dollar general is less than 5 minutes walk and Giant food store, China Cafe, and Grocery Outlet are about 10 minutes walk. Plenty of snacks around the house, a fridge with entertainment, karaoke machines, bongos, piano, ukulele, guitars, cello, violin, records to listen to, and two smart tvs to watch what's available. Bring your own computer if needed... mine are off limits. Don't be alarmed by helicopters and airplanes flying straight over the house. to be clear, I do live here from time to time and sometimes I stay at another house. you might see some personal effects or other items.
