This place is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy comfort, style, and fun near the water. When you walk in, you'll find a spacious kitchen with high-end black stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and two ovens, plus a large island that's great for eating and hanging out. It’s a fantastic spot for cooking and enjoying the waterside views. Next to the kitchen is a comfortable living room with soft furniture, an electric fireplace, and double french doors opening up to the patio. There’s also a beverage station for enjoying drinks like beer, wine, or coffee while looking out at the water. Our bedrooms are designed to give you a great night's sleep. There’s a bunk room for kids with four beds, a futon, and a pre-loaded USB with 30,000 vintage video games + 2 controllers. The other bedrooms have king-sized beds for ultimate comfort, and the main bedroom has its own fireplace and amazing views of the lake. Outside, enjoy two large decks with beautiful views, a grill for outdoor meals, a firepit for evenings under the stars, and direct access to the lake for fishing. If you're into outdoor activities, there are parks, biking trails, and ATV trails nearby. Take a walk by the lake for some peace and quiet. A new 20x5-foot dock will be installed before the boating season begins and removed in October. Guests are welcome to dock their boats here while staying with us. We do have a large driveway (48 x 24 foot) and adjacent trailer parking (34x12 foot) for guests to utilize. Guest access The front door to the cabin has an electric lock that Airbnb will send to you with the proper address just before your arrival. The garage has a separate lock system. Other things to note The house is within 75 ft of the shoreline and has a steep decline to the water. We ask all guests to utilize the railing and caution when descending to the water.
