UNIT PERKS: --Welcome to the lower unit of Charm and State The perfect little getaway to enjoy stylish simplicity! --This cozy rental includes a kitchen with a retro fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker. --Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use. --Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided. --There is enough space for one (1) car to park on the left side in the driveway by the garage. Additional cars can park on the street for a maximum of 3 nights but must request parking permission to avoid a ticket, google "Milwaukee Temporary Overnight Parking Permission" --There is one small bathroom with a shower --A hair dryer and showering essentials/bath towels are available. Hangers and a dresser are provided for clothing storage. --Shared Washer and dryer in the basement along with an iron and ironing board. Other things to note ***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the Thehouse is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) We also do NOT have a pack and play/portable crib, so guests will need to bring their own. Renters are solely responsible for all guests in their party.*** ADDITIONAL INFO: We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from: --AirBnB users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts. --Renters that are above the age of 25. --Renters who are not bringing pets. --A maximum of six guests per reservation. Up to six guests are allowed if two guests would like to utilize the pull out couch .
