The space This Executive Villa has been freshly painted, newly decorated and has a breath taking view of the ocean and the flamingo lake. The Villa is next to the pool, less than a minute from the beach and surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. You will be surrounded by Hummingbirds, Yellow birds, Bananaquits and butterflies while you are enjoying the beautiful ocean view from your veranda. Because this villa is one of the most elevated residences, you can enjoy the nice ocean breeze while watching the beautiful sunset right from the patio of the villa. The Villa has Free WiFi and an Apple TV, Several board games, playing cards, a small library etc. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee machine, electrical stove, microwave, grill, cooker, toaster etc) and has some ice cold beers and non-alcoholic refreshments upon arrival. Use of beach towels, bath towels and bedding is included. Other things to note Use of energy and water is not included. Based on the meter readings and the actual rates of the utility companies we will settle the amount at the end of your stay. The average costs are about USD 70-80 per week.
