The NICCIANO flat is a spacious and bright one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with an independent entrance for 2/6 people with a splendid view over the valley. The flat consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a quadruple bedroom (2 beds + bunk bed) and a bathroom with shower, ideal for a family of four (bunk bed recommended for children over eight). The Nicciano flat can also accommodate an extra person or two in the double sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to the swimming pool equipped with reserved sun umbrella, sun beds and deckchairs, parking, barbecue area, relaxation area with hammocks in the olive grove. In the area (3-7 km) there are several and numerous catering opportunities (typical restaurant, pizzeria, trattoria, osteria and a convenient rotisserie). Guests of the farmhouse have a discount on the entrance ticket to the spectacular Marmore waterfall, only 9 km away and reachable by bike or on foot along a convenient cartroad (Greenway del Nera)! Along the river Nera you can go rafting (also soft), hydrospeed, canoeing and river walking (trekking on the bed of the Marmore Falls).
