On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms (1 x with double bed 160 x 200 and 1 x with 2 single beds 90 x 200) and a comfortable shower bath. The large, well-kept garden offers sunny lawns and shady spots under the old khaki tree by the small pond. Deck chairs, dining area with barbecue leave nothing to be desired. Opposite the house there is the separate, private pool area. Around the oval pool (3.5 m x 12 m, depth 1.20 m - 1.60 m) there are also sun loungers, a shower and plenty of space to play and relax. But also on the roof terrace with panoramic view or on the small, sheltered terrace directly in front of the house you can relax wonderfully. Here everyone will quickly find his favorite place. However, if you are on vacation with children, please note that some terraces and stairs as well as the pool are not secured with railings. Up to three cars have space on the private parking space in front of the house. The comfortable gas central heating also makes relaxed vacations on cooler days possible.
