You can sunbathe on the sun loungers around the pool, play volleyball on the lawn, and enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. This modern two-story house provides everything needed for a comfortable and independent stay. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan area that combines the living room, dining space, and kitchen, all equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, both in the living room and the kitchen-dining area. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, and the separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds in a loft-style area. Additionally, this floor has two bathrooms with bathtubs. The first floor hosts two more bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. For families traveling with babies, the house provides two cots and a high chair. The property is located on the outskirts of one of the most charming towns in Mallorca, Petra. Here you will find the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The location in the center of the island is perfect for exploring Mallorca.
