Guest access Guests have full private use of the top floor of house. Access to the living space is by private elevator or outside private stairway. Hosts live on bottom floor of the house. The only common area is the backyard swimming pool. Guests have use of the backyard pool. The upstairs private space is about 2200 sq. ft. Other things to note House is about 10 minute drive to Gulf of Mexico beaches.
