It has 1 individual bed (bed sheets and towels provided), one closet, personal desk and coffeemaker. The bathroom is shared with the next-door neighbor with a separate entrance from each room. The common areas in the house include: - Living room - Dinner table for 6 - Kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender). The Kitchen has good counter space and plenty of cooking utensils, pots, and pans if you want to prepare food at home. - Laundry area with washing machine. All utilities are included (Gas,Electricity,Water). High Speed Internet is complimentary. Smoking, kids and pets are not allowed. Guest access You'll have access to share common areas of the house, living room, kitchen and laundry area. During your stay I am available to help you, give you advice or fix things if necessary. Other things to note The room accommodates only one guest. The housekeeper cleans the apartment once a week during your stay, it includes the change of towels, and bed sheets.
