This beautiful home is in a guarded community that backs to an 18-hole golf course and includes a pool and a lovely private guest cottage, "La Casita". This home is also located in the Mesa Central area of Costa Rica, which is known for its fantastic weather; no humidity, very sunny (during the summer), the perfect temperature during the day, and a little chilly at night - no AC needed at all! The space Extremely private, lush tropical garden with pool and covered terrace to enjoy dining alfresco by the pool. There are five bedrooms, including the one in La Casita. All bedrooms include their own full bathrooms except the one on the upper level. The primary bedroom is on the main level and features a king-size bed with a TV, large walk-in closets, and a spacious primary bathroom suite. The 1st bedroom on the upper level has a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and a backyard view. The 2nd bedroom upstairs includes a couch which pulls out into a queen bed (there is no bathroom in this bedroom). The 3rd bedroom features two single beds and its own bathroom. Lastly, the private guest cottage, "La Casita", features a full bed, its own full bathroom, and a lounge area. Guest access Guests will be able to access all spaces in the home.
