Villa Pogi is a recently restored 350 square meters mansion built on two levels with all the modern comforts and at the same time, keeping all the charm of the old villa. At this beautiful property we can find antique fireplaces, wood ceilings and wood burning oven once used to make bread that give a sense of warmth and cosiness. The sleeping area consists of two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds and another double bedroom with en suite bathroom, making it a total of 5 bedrooms and accommodating 10+2 people with the possibility of adding extra beds upon request. There are 4 bathrooms. There are two large living areas, one with a pool table, and a well-equipped kitchen. The exterior of the villa offers a 4000 square meters enclosed garden with a large pool (10x20m, 1.50 - 2.50m deep) that is shared with the other property on the estate, and beautiful cypress trees.
