Rhea Holiday Home Bantry has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people: Property layout – Ground floor: - Open-plan kitchen/dining/living space - Second lounge area with the wood burning stove - Playroom - Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 1: king size ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: double and single sleeping 3 - Bedroom 3: single sleeping 1 (with a small pull out bed - can sleep one more person) - Family bathroom with jacuzzi bath, Wc and hand basin - Quiet reading room Step outside to a partially enclosed garden with a patio and dining set, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Plus, there are goal posts and a table tennis table for some fun entertainment. Private parking. Wifi is available at the property. Travel cot, highchair, and stairgate included. Dogs are welcome (1 dog per booking). Large, secure area in the barn that can be used as a kennel. The slow cooker and the coffee plunger available. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
