We invite you to our comfortable apartment for 6 guests. It has comfortable 2 single beds and 2 double beds equipped with professional hotel bedding and towels. There is one bedroom in the apartment. Guests have at their disposal a desk, Smart TV, free Internet access, as well as sofas and a comfortable armchair with tables allowing for a moment of relaxation. Guests have at their disposal a wardrobe, an iron with an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower cabin and a hairdryer. Guests have at their disposal shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and other necessary items to make their stay comfortable. The kitchenette has a place to prepare meals. It is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, necessary kitchenware, kettle, coffee machine and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests can eat their meals at the table in the dining area. Upon special request, concierge services can be requested at any time during your stay. Feel at home and take care of our place as if it were your own. 1. Turn off the light when you are not using it. 2. Do not let unverified people into your apartment. 3. You are fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred during your stay. Guests will be charged for any property damage, if any. 4. Persons not mentioned in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment. 5. Parties, special events, anniversaries or birthday parties are strictly prohibited unless previously agreed upon with the Host. 6. Before leaving the house, make sure all windows are closed. 7. This apartment is for non-smoking guests only. If you violate this rule, you will be charged a one-time penalty fee. 8. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 15 per hour
