Central located close to restaurants, coffee shop, fruit market and grocery all within 10 minute walk. There is a separate casita on site that sleeps 2 that can be rented for additional charge. The space Casa Cajita is a unique house perfect for 2 couples, singles and small families alike. The shaded patio features a new hot tub, relaxing with morning coffee or post kite cocktails. There’s 6 person patio set and outdoor reclining chairs. The main area has a well stocked kitchen, living room with lazy boy couch, smart TV with streaming channel abilities, A/C in the 2 bedrooms each with a comfortable queen sized bed and pillows. The loft has 4 foot head space sloping down to 3 feet. It can sleep 2 children on a floor futon. The second bedroom ensuite has a private entrance just off the main door. It has A/C, a comfortable queen bed, half bath and a washing machine for convenience. The kitchen has an open plan, great for cooking and entertaining. We have added an observation deck to take in the sunset or enjoy a book in the hammock chair. This pricing only includes up to 4 guests in the main house. Max 4 adults in the main house (but additional 2 children would be fine). Max 2 adults in separate casita for additional rental. Summer time rental is heavily discounted to the winter price. Some of the patio equipment and shades are put away for the summer hurricane season. Guest access We have lots of board games and corn hole set for family fun! A 2 person kayak is available for use. We have beach towels for your convenience. Restaurants, coffee shop, grocery and local farmers market within walking distance. We do allow dogs but please leave your cats at home, we do not permit cats to stay in our rentals. We have 2 resident neighborhood kitties that occasionally stop by the patio to say hello.
