My house is old and very bright and spacious. The room has 3 windows, a large desk, a double bed, a flat TV and a private bathroom in the hall. Neighborhood is residential, wooded, and quiet. The house has double circulation , so each guest has their own privacy. There are many places to be : the pool, the breakfast,the kitchen, the gallery , the grill and its place to eat with pergola , the large terrace, the garden. i am only available if they need me. The space although the house is in a residential neighborhood, 300 meters away is all the commerce , bank, pharmacy ,laundry,etc., and the Mitre "Beccar" train station that connects Tigre with Capital Federal. There is also Avenida Centenario with many buses everywhere. And the river coast is a 15-minute walk away. Guest access There is an ironing board room, and a laundry room. I'll wash them . You can give me the load of a washing machine and I'll take care of it. This has an extra charge. The use of the iron is free. The grill is available. They can eat at the breakfast, kitchen, gallery, or grill. Cleaning and the room and bathroom and changing sheets and towels are a separate service. The usual is once a week and 10 dollars comes out at a time. During your stay I'm available for whatever you need , it's very personal. Other things to note The house and the neighborhood are very quiet. I also want to emphasize that they are not going to meet almost another guest who is staying here for the distribution and breadth of this house!
