The space Bear Cove Escape, managed by My Favorite Home Away From Home, offers an exceptional retreat with a range of sleeping accommodations, including 11 beds: 5 twin beds (with two trundles and a full/twin bunk bed), 1 full bed (part of bunk beds), a queen sleeper sofa, 1 queen bed, and 3 king beds, plus 5 recliners. The master suite features a king bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower and double sinks. Additional bathrooms include a half bath on the main level, a full bathroom upstairs with a tub/shower, and a basement bathroom with a stand-up shower. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, offering pots, pans, dishes, a Keurig coffee machine (BYO K-cups), a toaster, a teapot with tea, a selection of spices, and more. Guests will enjoy two living rooms—one with a sleeper sofa and Blu-ray DVD player with a variety of movies, and the other featuring an indoor gas fireplace. For outdoor relaxation, there is a campfire area with seating for 15 (BYO firewood or gather from the property), a charcoal grill (guests bring charcoal and lighter fluid), a gas grill with supplied propane, and plenty of outdoor space to explore. We have one outdoor security camera mounted by the screened-in porch near the garage. This property is located on a secluded, wooded property. There is wildlife including bats, deer, and other animals. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. This fee is $98 for the stay. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $98 pet fee will apply for each additional approved dog. We allow up to 15 guests. If your group has more than 10 guests, there is a $20 per guest per night additional charge that will be paid after booking your stay. We require the purchase of a damage waiver for a small fee of $35. The damage waiver protects you and your party from accidental damage during your stay. The charges for the damage waiver will show up from Great Britain and may have a small international processing fee.
