Alem Colonial is our old family house. It has wide spaces and period decorations. You will be able to enjoy the gallery, reading hall and other rooms and you will see how your stay becomes a unique and relaxing experience. It is located in the heart of Mendoza, very close to the Sarmiento pedestrian street, squares, bus terminal, San Martin Park and the main gastronomic areas of the city, which will make it possible for you to move everywhere on foot. We will wait for you!! Other things to note The cleaning service during the stay has an additional cost. The breakfast service is provided by the Pellegrini café, located right next to our house. On Sunday it is closed. During Saturday afternoon, you can ask the cafe pellegrini to prepare breakfast with disposable containers to heat it the next day in our house or use the Sunday voucher as part of payment for another drink for the rest of the days of your stay.
