This comfortably appointed home, with a pool is one of only a few homes located right in Dominical. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, surfing, shops and yoga. Playa Dominical is known for its friendly, chill, local vibe, and its world class beach break for avid surfers. The surrounding area (which can be accessed by car or bus) has incredible beaches, hiking and all that costa rica has to offer! The house is fully secured and enclosed with a river rock wall which also has parking. The space Our home is divided into two self contained units, nearly identical in size and layout. Both units are rental units, and could be occupied with other guests (or us, the owners)! There is a communal staircase that allows guests access to our shared rooftop, which is outfitted with 3 hammocks and some bar stools. Its a great place to read a book, or enjoy breakfast, check the surf, or chill after a day adventuring. The pool, hammock, and parking areas are all shared. Guest access You have access to your entire unit, a small parking area in the front, our communal hammock area on the roof, and the pool. Other things to note As previously mentioned, we are on the main road in Dominical. This can mean a little bit of traffic (noise), and dust from the passing vehicles. We also have one of the best restaurants in the region as our neighbours behind us (which is convenient), but you may hear the patrons coming and going, and live music on certain nights. They usually wrap up around 11pm. We are also right next door to a yoga studio. They hold classes 2-3 times a day (which is great for our yoga practicing guests), but you may hear them occasionally. Most of our neighbours are consciousness of shutting down by approximately 11pm (with the exception of special occasions or events...New Years Eve etc). Costa Rica, and Dominical often experiences power outages. This is very common down here. So occasionally internet, and water are unavailable. Sadly this is something we don't have control over, and just comes with the territory when adventuring in CR.
