Large airy studio loft on equestrian estate in the heart of horse country and in most foremost estate location. The space Studio overlooks the bucolic horse farm and gorgeous grounds. Guest access Guests have access to the studio, mudroom/laundry area and side porch. The barn complex is off limits, although the horses are easily visible and you will be able to watch them in the field and sometimes training in the outdoor arena. The main house and property behind it are not available to studio. There are hundreds of acres of open land adjacent to the property and fabulous walking just outside the drive. Other things to note Feel free to admire the horses, but do not touch.
