Give the keys to the guest at check-in requesting to present their identification in order to enter the facilities. 3. Receive the keys when checking out. 4. We have a laundry service, which has an additional cost, our staff is responsible for collecting your dirty clothes and delivering them washed and dried. 5. If you require an extra cleaning, which has an additional cost of $5, our team is responsible for coordinating and performing the cleaning. Guests can reach us at any time via the platform, our team will respond as soon as possible. All additional charges are made through the platform.
