Owner lives on the property. Events/Parties: There are absolutely no events or parties of over 8 people allowed on the premises. Quiet time: 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. This is to respect of our neighbors in this quiet neighborhood. Guests: Any extra guests will be charged $10/person/night. Please let us know in advance if you will be having any overnight guests and what nights they will be staying. Only 8 overnight guests, including tenants, are allowed.
