Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. *Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you! ☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes every Tuesday and Friday morning; they come and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.
