The space Our home features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (one bedroom is located above the detached garage). In addition, we have a playroom located in the basement. Step in the front door and you're greeted by the original exposed beam ceilings and thoughtfully decorated space. With new kitchen appliances and modern amenities, you will find the home comfortable and functional. The main floor has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one has a bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath. These two bedrooms share the main level marble bathroom. Two more bedrooms are located on the second floor, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. The house is fully equipped with high speed wifi, central air for A/C and heat, and a whole house water filter. The basement contains a recreational/playroom as well as a large washer and dryer. We offer complimentary kid-friendly amenities such as; (full size crib, high chair, baby bath, baby gates, bed guard, kids’ toys, books, plates, cups, and utensils). The kitchen conveniently opens up to our spacious and private back deck with wrap around steps overlooking our fully landscaped lawn and heated saltwater pool (open from May-September). Enjoy the grill, outdoor dining, and relaxing while the kids play on the swing set/playhouse. The detached garage has a loft for additional sleeping and working space. The loft includes a queen size bed, built in twin bunk with a trundle bed, and two desks to work from home. This space also has a private marble bathroom with a brand new soaking tub. Guest access The whole home is available for your use with the exception of the pull down attic, mechanical room in the basement, two locked closets, and the garage parking spaces. Other things to note Liability Waiver: Renter acknowledges and agrees that Renter and each and every guest is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, theft of property, injury, death or loss of any kind sustained to any person or their personal property while at or on the Property, that Renter hereby waives any claims against Airbnb Host with respect to any such damage, injury, death or loss, and that Airbnb Host accepts no legal or financial responsibility of any kind with respect thereto. Renter and its guests, including guardians of minors, assume all risk of injury or other loss as described herein and will hold Airbnb Host harmless with respect thereto. Renter hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Airbnb Host from any claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a result of Renter’s or its guest’s use of the Property. Renter acknowledges and agrees that the use of the swimming pool, outdoor playground area, and of the bicycles can be dangerous and that personal injury or death could occur. Renter agrees to assume full responsibility to warn family members and guests about these dangers and to take all necessary and appropriate preventive measures to avoid personal injury or death. You understand that use of the pool, outdoor playground area, and the use of bicycles is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and bicycling. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, and bicycling may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, and bicycling if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or bikes while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
