The space Snohomish Riverside Retreat has ample amenities with 2 living rooms, a fully furnished kitchen, 2 full-sized baths, 3 bedrooms, an entertainment den (games provided), a pool table, free weights, and a bonus dedicated office with a monitor available for those working remotely. Every room was beautifully designed to match the vibrant and vintage boutique vibe that Downtown Snohomish is known for. The patio is perfect for hosting with a hammock, BBQ, and outdoor dining table. The private and fenced backyard comes with a brand-new Nordic hot tub. This is the perfect spot to watch the hot air balloons and skydivers drift down from the sky in the late afternoons. Parking for two cars is available in the back of the home. There is also free street parking in front. High-speed internet, smart TV, and smart lock technology make it easy to feel at home quickly. A 1-minute walk around the corner takes you to the heart of the Historic Downtown District, where you can enjoy amazing dining options, coffee, boutiques, bakeries, bars, wine tasting, and charming locally owned shops. Be sure to visit the renowned Oxford Saloon for fantastic live music and entertainment. Only a 30-mile drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to Woodinville, Everett, and Monroe. For those looking to hit the mountain slopes, Steven's Pass is close by for winter fun. We prefer that you walk your dog off the property to protect the grass but if a quick potty break is needed please only use the fully fenced dog relief area on the side of the house. An additional fee of $30 will be charged for any pet waste left. This is a residential street so please keep your pet on a leash at all times when outside. Other things to note We are happy to share our home with you. This is a family-friendly environment - please treat our home and neighbors with care and respect. Quite hours in our community begin at 9:30 PM. *Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry, Olive oil/basic spices, and dishwasher soap are provided for your stay. We allow events, such as photoshoots and corporate dinners, etc, at our property. Please message us directly with your special event request, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Events are subject to event pricing and are only allowed with host approval.
