The patio is perfect for hosting with a hammock, BBQ, and outdoor dining table. The private and fenced backyard comes with a brand-new Nordic hot tub. This is the perfect spot to watch the hot air balloons and skydivers drift down from the sky in the late afternoons. Parking for two cars is available in the back of the home. There is also free street parking in front. High-speed internet, smart TV, and smart lock technology make it easy to feel at home quickly. A 1-minute walk around the corner takes you to the heart of the Historic Downtown District, where you can enjoy amazing dining options, coffee, boutiques, bakeries, bars, wine tasting, and charming locally owned shops. We prefer that you walk your dog off the property to protect the grass but if a quick potty break is needed please only use the fully fenced dog relief area on the side of the house. An additional fee of $30 will be charged for any pet waste left. This is a residential street so please keep your pet on a leash at all times when outside. Other things to note We are happy to share our home with you. This is a family-friendly environment - please treat our home and neighbors with care and respect. Quite hours in our community begin at 9:30 PM. *Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry, Olive oil/basic spices, and dishwasher soap are provided for your stay.
