The spacious, tree-surrounded yard offers plenty of privacy and out back you will find trails in the wooded area, making it the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit for s'mores, storytelling, and star-gazing, creating unforgettable memories under the starlit sky. **NOTE: POOL IS SEASONALLY CLOSED from MID SEPT- EARLY JUNE - Pool is not heated (5 and 1/2 ft deep) NOTE: Lake access is a short walk on Tuyll street. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. EXTRAS: WIFI, AC, In floor heat, Outdoor firepit, 2 Adult Bikes, 2 Kayaks (2 Adult and 1 Child Lifejacket) NOTE: Playpen/Highchair available upon request Other things to note All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 8, violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections & may have camera outside at the entrance) Note: Parking is limited to 6 vehicles Max 2 Dogs are Allowed Linens are available for $20/per person.
