Escape to the Pines! This spacious 1800 sf condo can be rented as a 2-2 (sleeps up to 4) or as a 3-3 (sleeps up to 8), based on the total number of guests. It has a huge covered deck, raised high in the pines, with a gas grill and gas fire pit. It is close to Ski Apache, Winter Park, Enchanted Vine Winery, Alto Lake hiking, and Flying J Ranch. Wildlife is very abundant --elk, deer, wild horses, hummingbirds. **Community pool, Memorial Day through Labor Day** The space The living area has a gas log remote-controlled fireplace and large windows with a beautiful view of the tree tops. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need for cooking. We also supply high speed internet, smart tvs with basic cable, full size washer and dryer, basic supplies. Master bedroom (upstairs) has a king bed; second bedroom (upstairs) has a queen bed; downstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds. There are two full baths upstairs, and there is a small bathroom downstairs, with a small vanity and shower. Guest access If rented as a 2-2 (up to 4 guests), you will have access to the upstairs (the main living, kitchen, wrap-around porch) with the master bedroom and second bedroom, and each bedroom will have its own full bath. If rented as a 3-3 (for an additional fee of $15 per day/per guest, for guests 5-8), you will also have access to the downstairs, which has a third bedroom (with two queen beds), a secondary living space with desk, and small bathroom. Community pool available for use in the summer. **If you want to rent the condo as a 3-3 with 4 or fewer people, then when reserving, just list the total number of guests as 5.** Other things to note **Winter is unpredictable, so 4- wheel drive or chains are recommended** **The condo has exterior stairs and an interior spiral staircase.**
