Serendipity is located approximately two miles from the Portland Parish , St. Thomas border in Jamaica, and nestled in the backdrop of one of Jamaica’s national treasures “Turtle Bay”. The villa has 3 full bathrooms and 3 half bathroom with 2 enclosed outside showers. We offer 1 additional suite. A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom rooftop " Skyview Suite”. We are located in Portland, Jamaica, and nestled in the backdrop of one of Jamaica’s national treasures “Turtle Bay”.  Immerse yourself in the tranquil sounds of the ocean waves splashing across the rock formations and barrier reefs that are a part of Turtle Bay.  Take a stroll on the beach and watch the sunrise with that special someone.  Watch the waves touch your feet as you walk the white sands collecting sea glass and other treasures from the ocean.  Sit in a hammock, on a bench, our sun deck area, the gazebo, the deck overlooking the ocean, the sky deck, our sun tanning area, the lookout, or on one of our many verandas and enjoy the ocean breeze while you read your favorite book.  Relax on the front porch and watch the clouds kiss the top of the John Crow mountain while you enjoy some relaxing music. Gather with friends or loved ones to enjoy a bonfire and watch the colors of the flames dance across the waves.  Whatever your mood, Serendipity is the place to be. The villa has two sections. From the gate to the right is the main villa. In the immediate front of the gate is the owner's private suite. The owner's suite is separate from the renal space and is not open to our guests. While it is possible to have the owners onsite, the owners lives overseas and are usually not there during rental. Above the owners suite is the Skyview Suite. The Sky Deck is private and is only available to Skyview's guests. Guess access the staircase to the Sky Deck through the far left staircase access door. On the Sky Deck, there are chairs, small tables, hammocks, full service grill and suntan area.   Take a stroll on the grounds and enjoy the view of our selection of rear exotic flowers, numerous palm trees, and countless variety of fruit trees that have been tastefully placed on the grounds that offer that feeling of Zen.   Serendipity is large enough to accommodate a large gathering while providing that cozy feel for intimate moments.  With that in mind, please update your reservation to include the correct number of guests in your party. We are your one-stop vacation and event destination.  At Serendipity, for an additional charge, we offer the following services: airport transfers, tours, chef services (you provide your food), massages and transportation to anywhere on the island. Visit us online or call us for additional information.     Guest access Beach front property. The property's main access is through the front driveway gate which requires a code, and the front walk-through gate that also requires a code. While beaches on the island are not private, our beach is located in a cove. We have the only stairwell access leading to the beach. Normally, the beach is sandy, but it can be rocky at times. We suggest that guests bring water shoes. Other things to note Property access is limited to registered guests unless approved by the hosts. We are also an event destination. An event fee will be charged for events. Please note that all events MUST be preapproved by us and appropriate fees paid based on the number of guests before the event. No exceptions.
