For a small additional fee the 2 upstair bedrooms, each with a bathroom, can be included. The entire condo sleeps 10 with 4 bathrooms. The Seaview bedroom on main floor has a queen bed and 3/4 bath. The Garden side bedroom on main floor has two queen beds and 3/4 bath. The Second floor has a large loft with king bed and 3/4 bath. The smaller bedroom on second floor has a trundle bed and 3/4 bath. The down stairs sleeps 6 and upstairs sleeps 4 additional people. There is an additional fee of $100 per night to use the two upstair bedrooms. To access the second floor bedrooms enter 7 as the number of guests when you make your reservation. This will automatically add the fee and we will unlock the upper bedrooms. Do not enter a number larger than 7, even if you have up to 10 guests, because this will add additional fees for each additional guest. Whether you rent 2 bedrooms or all 4 you will be the only one using the condo during your reservation. Many fun things to do, boat, swim, golf, walk, hikes, great restaurants, and much more. Or just sit by the fireplace, enjoy the view and dialogue with others. Guest access The main floor including living room, kitchen, deck, two bedrooms and two bathrooms are available to all guests. The two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are available for an additional $100.00 per night fee. Guests have access to the swimming pool and exercise room. Other things to note The condo does not have air conditioning, but with the deck sliding glass door and front door open there is usually a cool breeze. Both doors have good screen doors.
