Property Guidelines: • For properties with grills and fire pits, guests are responsible for the propane tank. Firewood is not provided. • Limited exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds (fees and photo required). Potty-trained dogs under 30 pounds are allowed. • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required.
